As our Fractional Executive Director, you will have genuine autonomy to shape strategy, strengthen existing programs, and develop new revenue initiatives that directly impact thousands of UCS students and the educators who serve them. The ED reports directly to the President of the Board of Trustees and is evaluated against written quarterly milestones and annual goals set by the Executive Committee. A written monthly progress report to the full Board is required.
