Fractional Wellnesstician (On-Call, Events, & Coverage Contract Part Time Temporary

We are seeking a highly motivated, fractional Wellnesstician to join our on-call rotation and event squad.

Position Summary & Hours Breakdown

This is a Fractional / On-Call position with no guaranteed baseline hours immediately at launch. It is the perfect opportunity for an energetic professional, side-hustler, or fitness enthusiast looking for flexible, supplemental income backed by uncapped commission potential.

• The Progression: While there are no guaranteed weekly hours on day one, following a successful onboarding and training period, this role is expected to track at 10–20 hours per week through consistent event booking and studio support.

Your scheduled hours will depend on:

• Community Popup Events: Providing extra boots-on-the-ground support at local community, fitness, and corporate outreach events (typically 1–2 events per week).
• Studio Coverage: Filling in for primary staff vacations, sick days, or unexpected call-outs (typically 1–3 shifts per week).
• Performance-Driven Growth: If you excel at generating inbound leads and closing sales independently, your role and scheduled hours can scale up dynamically based on the revenue you bring to the studio.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Hourly Rate: $20.00 – $21.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)
• Uncapped Direct Commissions: 10% commission on all new memberships closed personally.
• Network Generation Commissions: 5% commission on other studio sales (packages, retail) that you source through your own outreach, networking, and popups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Community Popups

• Boots on the Ground: Represent Stackable Wellness at local popup events to drive brand awareness and collect qualified client leads.
• Community Networking: Help feed the studio’s pipeline by introducing our services to local gyms, fitness clubs, and wellness communities.

2. Consultative Sales & Client Onboarding

• Solution-Oriented Selling: Guide walk-ins and trial clients through authentic, high-integrity consultations on the studio floor, closing memberships based strictly on real client needs.
• Mindbody Pipeline: Use our software to log new leads, follow up with inquiries, and keep client communication channels clean and accurate.

3. Floor Operations & Vibe

• Own the Environment: Deliver exceptional customer experiences during your coverage shifts. Maintain the tone, high-end studio aesthetics, and absolute cleanliness of the facility floor.
• Equipment Uptime: Ensure all recovery and wellness equipment is prepped and running flawlessly for clients.

Job Requirements

• High-Integrity Closer: 1–2+ years of experience in sales, membership environments, hospitality, or luxury wellness/spa settings.
• Self-Driven Hunter: Comfort working in an environment where your pay is heavily driven by your direct sales performance and lead generation.
• On-Call Flexibility: Willingness to be placed on a reliable call-out list for studio shifts and weekend popups (popups are typically scheduled weeks in advance).
• Tech Mindset: Comfort using or learning CRM tools and lead-tracking systems (Mindbody experience is a plus).
