Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across departments such as marketing, sales, product development, and customer success to optimize client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce or similar platforms, to track leads, manage pipelines, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development management with a strong track record of expanding client bases and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent CRM software; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
• Exceptional skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management with diverse stakeholders.
