Duties

• Oversee social media advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience targeting for maximum reach and engagement.
• Utilize web analytics reporting tools to monitor website performance, user behavior, and campaign metrics, translating data into actionable insights.
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives by analyzing user journeys and testing improvements to increase lead generation and sales conversions.
• Manage marketing projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct ongoing marketing analytics to measure campaign success, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions for growth initiatives.
