Senior Helpers of Rock Hill is a locally owned and operated home care agency dedicated to helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes. As we continue to grow, we’re expanding our innovative FlexHOME program, bringing personalized home care services directly into senior living communities through dedicated on-site support. We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-focused professional who enjoys building connections, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
Position Summary
The FlexHOME Coordinator serves as the primary on-site representative for Senior Helpers within our FlexHOME partner communities. This role combines relationship management, client care coordination, scheduling, sales, and customer service to ensure residents receive exceptional care while strengthening partnerships with community staff. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping older adults.
Primary Responsibilities
- Community Partnership Serve as the primary liaison between Senior Helpers and assigned FlexHOME communities. Build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Wellness Teams, Concierge staff, and community associates. Maintain a visible and consistent on-site presence within partner communities. Attend community events and participate in resident engagement activities. Identify opportunities to strengthen our partnership and improve resident services.
- Client & Family Support Meet with prospective clients and families to discuss care needs. Conduct assessments and coordinate the on-boarding process. Guide families through available services and care options. Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into active clients. Ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing care.
- Care Coordination Collaborate closely with Client Care Managers and Scheduling Coordinators. Coordinate caregiver schedules for FlexHOME clients. Respond quickly to changes in client needs or scheduling. Help resolve service concerns while maintaining high client satisfaction. Communicate regularly with caregivers and internal team members.
- Business Development Develop relationships that generate new client referrals within partner communities. Educate residents, families, and staff about FlexHOME services. Track leads, referrals, and conversion opportunities. Help achieve occupancy and growth goals for assigned communities.
- Administrative Responsibilities Maintain accurate documentation and client records. Coordinate communication between clients, caregivers, families, and community staff. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training. Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience. Experience in healthcare, senior living, home care, hospitality, or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger team. Sales, admissions, or relationship management experience is a plus. Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation
$ 50000 – $ 70000 per year
