Duties

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for senior, technical, and high-volume roles across multiple sectors, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR systems like Workday, Taleo, or iCIMS.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms to generate quality leads and build talent pipelines.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies and internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
• Facilitate interview processes by coordinating schedules, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate fit based on technical skills and cultural alignment.
• Ensure compliance with employment & labor law in all recruitment activities while maintaining HR legal compliance standards.
• Support onboarding initiatives such as employee orientation, employee evaluation, and employee relations to ensure a positive transition for new hires.

Skills

• Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition including executive recruiting, campus recruitment, high-volume recruitment, technical recruiting, and full cycle recruiting.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System), talent management software (leveraging Kronos, PeopleSoft), ATS (iCIMS), Workday, Paychex or similar platforms.
• Deep understanding of employment law in talent management as well as HR legal compliance standards.
• Expertise in candidate sourcing techniques such as research, social media management (recruitment), cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of training & development practices including succession planning and employee development strategies.

Compensation

$ 65 – $ 95 per hour
