Fractional Chief HR Officer (Referral Circle Seat) Contract

What this is

Referna runs small referral circles for independent professionals. Each circle is a fixed group of non-competing experts who meet regularly and pass client referrals to one another. We’re opening one seat per profession per circle, and the HR seat is currently open.

Who it’s for

You run your own practice — fractional, consulting, or advisory — and you serve business clients. You already get some work through your network and want that to be systematic rather than accidental.

What you’d do

Meet with your circle on a recurring basis. Make introductions when someone in the circle is a fit for your client. Receive the same in return.

What you get

Client referrals from a vetted group of peers who serve the same kind of companies you do.

Not a salaried role. This is a seat in a professional referral network, not employment. There is no wage — the return is client work generated through referrals.

Compensation
