Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR systems like UltiPro and Kenexa BrassRing.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through research, cold calling, and leveraging employment & labor law knowledge to ensure legal compliance in all recruiting activities.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication, negotiation, and talent management techniques to facilitate successful placements.
• Perform behavioral interviews, candidate evaluations, and reference checks to assess skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities within ATS platforms; generate lead lists for talent pipeline development and succession planning efforts.
• Stay informed about employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance to uphold ethical recruiting standards across all engagements.

Experience

• Proven track record in full cycle recruiting across multiple industries with experience in executive recruiting, technical recruiting, campus recruitment, and high-volume hiring.
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, employee relations, employee orientation, employee evaluation, and HR sourcing strategies.
• Strong familiarity with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, ATS platforms, HR systems, and social media marketing (recruitment).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike.
• Knowledge of employment & labor law applicable to talent acquisition and human resources practices.
• Experience in research-driven candidate sourcing methods including cold calling and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and documentation.

Compensation

$ 70,129.39 – $ 90,005.29 per year
