Position Overview
We are seeking a senior marketing leader who has previously scaled marketing for a biohazard cleanup company. This includes managing and optimizing large monthly ad budgets across Google Ads, Local Services Ads, SEO campaigns, referral pipelines, and partnerships with law enforcement, victim advocates, and insurance networks.
This role is fractional, designed for someone who can work strategically with our team and own all marketing functions that directly impact lead flow, revenue, and market dominance.
Responsibilities
- Build and own a full marketing strategy tailored for trauma, biohazard, and crime scene cleanup services in our operating regions
- Manage and optimize large digital ad budgets, including Google Ads, LSAs, retargeting, geofencing, and emergency-response paid channels
- Oversee SEO programs with a focus on ranking for high-intent searches in trauma cleanup, unattended death cleanup, and remediation services
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall cost per acquisition
- Advise on brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy (Google Business Profile, website, social media, crisis-response content)
Who Should Apply

- Proven success managing and deploying large marketing budgets ( budgets typically 20,000 to 100,000 USD per month or higher)
- Experience scaling a biohazard cleanup company across multiple states or service areas
- Hands-on optimization experience with Google Ads, LSAs, SEO agencies, and performance-driven marketing teams
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $48,000.00 – $148,000.00 per year
