Jewett Cameron is seeking an experienced Fractional HR Manager to provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day HR support for a small, stable workforce. This is a part‑time role (20–25 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule, requiring on‑site presence 2–3 days per week at our North Plains, Oregon location.
Success in this role is defined by responsive employee support, sound judgment in employee relations matters, strong compliance execution, and reliable HR administration.
This role supports approximately 30 permanent employees (35 including temporary and contract staff) across warehouse, office, and limited remote environments.
