We are entering a growth phase and are looking for a seasoned sales leader to help build a repeatable revenue engine.
The Opportunity
We are not looking for another salesperson.
We are looking for a sales leader who can evaluate our current sales process, coach our team, improve conversion rates, strengthen forecasting, and help us scale revenue.
We already have:
- Existing sales representatives
- Inbound opportunities
- Active outbound efforts
- Multiple product lines
- Strong growth potential
We need someone who can help us turn those assets into a predictable sales machine.
Responsibilities
- Audit and improve the current sales process
- Coach and develop sales representatives
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews
- Improve lead follow-up and conversion rates
- Build forecasting and sales reporting systems
- Establish KPIs and accountability measures
- Improve inbound and outbound sales performance
- Review sales calls and provide coaching
- Help prioritize revenue opportunities
- Identify bottlenecks and revenue leaks

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Wellness products
- Medical devices
- Capital equipment
