Piru Group is rapidly scaling our commercial real estate development, modular housing manufacturing, and federal contracting operations. We are seeking a highly connected Fractional Commercial Finance Broker to act as our primary bank liaison and lead our capital acquisition strategy.
This is an independent, performance-driven contracting role. You will act as the main Point of Contact (POC) between our companies and local banks, credit unions, and commercial lenders. You will receive a steady base hourly retainer for your packaging and administrative time, but the true compensation is designed for a high-performing broker driven by lucrative success fees on commercial capital deployments.
Core Responsibilities:
- Main Banking POC: Act as the primary face and voice of Piru Group to local banks, credit unions, and commercial lenders.
- Corporate & SBA Financing: Package, negotiate, and secure SBA 7(a) loans, SBA 504 loans, Business Lines of Credit (LOCs), and commercial mortgages for our operating companies.
- Deal Structuring: Assist in structuring Real Estate Capital Stacks for our development projects (knowledge in this area is highly helpful, though not the sole focus of the role).
- Fund Advisory (Bonus): Experience with private debt funds is useful and a plus, but not required.
The Ideal Candidate:
- You possess a deep, active network of local banks, credit unions, and commercial lenders.
- You have verifiable, hands-on experience navigating SBA loans, business LOCs, and commercial mortgages.
- You operate best in an independent contractor (1099) capacity where your income is directly tied to the capital you successfully bring to the table.
Experience Required:
- Commercial Lending / Banking Relationships: 2+ years (Required)
- SBA Loans, Business LOCs, and Commercial Mortgages: 2+ years (Required)
Compensation
$ 20 – $ 25 per hour
