Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive-level financial leadership on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic management, with a proven ability to guide organizational growth, ensure financial compliance, and optimize fiscal performance. As a key member of our leadership team, the Fractional CFO will develop financial strategies, oversee financial operations, and support sustainable development initiatives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in finance leadership roles within healthcare or related industries; prior experience as a finance director or CFO is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting analysis, and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities for stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of corporate finance concepts including profit & loss management, revenue cycle management, supply chain considerations, and fiscal management principles.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in financial report interpretation and compliance monitoring.
