We are looking for an experienced, well-connected fractional sales representative to own our B2B sales channel across three key segments: book subscription boxes, specialty and indie retail, and ongoing mass market account management. This is a part-time, remote role structured as a retainer plus commission with the potential for a full-time position. Perfect for a seasoned sales professional who carries complementary lines or is building their own rep business or someone wanting to grow in a start-up company.
You will be our point of contact with buyers, box curators, and retail partners, building relationships, pitching our licensed product lines, and closing purchase orders. You’ll work directly with the founder and have everything you need to sell: strong IP, high-quality products, and first-to-market exclusivity windows for retail partners.
*Note: Opening net-new mass market accounts is not a primary responsibility of this role. The focus is maintaining and growing our existing mass market relationships alongside subscription box and indie retail development.*
This is a commission-first role with a retainer. We’re a startup. We want someone who believes in the product and is motivated to earn on performance.
