We deliver Fractional Sales Leadership, Sales Strategy and Advisory, Sales Coaching & Training Programs, and Sales Recruiting & Placement, giving our clients the senior sales expertise they need without the full-time cost.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re expanding the Sales Homie Sales Partner Platform: A community of elite fractional sales professionals who partner with us to deliver client engagements and grow their own practice.
This isn’t a gig. This is a partnership.
You bring the expertise. We provide the operational backbone: Contracts, Billing/AR, Tools, and Platform Infrastructure. You focus on what you do best: Leading, Coaching, and Driving Revenue. Client opportunities come from both your own network and from Sales Homie as our pipeline matures.
We’re actively building our advisor community now to be considered for upcoming Fractional Sales Leadership, Sales Advisory, and Sales Coaching engagements across the Twin Cities and throughout the Midwest.
WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICE
Depending on the engagement, a Sales Homie Partner may be responsible for:
- Leading or supporting a client’s sales team as a fractional Sales Manager, VP of Sales, Head of Sales, or CRO
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies alongside business owners and leadership teams
- Building sales playbooks, compensation plans, hiring profiles, and onboarding frameworks
- Implementing CRM systems, sales processes, and performance metrics for growing teams
- Delivering 1:1 or group sales coaching programs for reps, managers, or founders
- Providing strategic sales advisory to companies navigating growth inflection points
Most engagements are a blend of strategy and execution. You’re not just advising from the sidelines; you’re in it!
THE PARTNERSHIP MODEL
As a Sales Homie Partner, you operate as an independently contracted professional, with the flexibility to represent the Sales Homie brand directly or to bring your own brand to market, backed by the Sales Homie platform.
Here’s what Sales Homie handles so you don’t have to:
- Contracts, MSAs, and legal agreements
- Invoicing, billing, and collections
- Brand credibility and market positioning
- Tools, CRM infrastructure, and platform resources
- Introductions and client opportunities as they become available through Sales Homie
Revenue is shared based on deal source and engagement type. Spend your time building a real practice, not chasing your next invoice.
Earning Potential:
Advisors working with 3–5 clients across different service capacities typically generate between $12,000–$20,000+ per month. Your network, your hustle, and the clients you build relationships with are the primary drivers.
WHO THRIVES HERE
We’re not looking for a resume. We’re looking for a profile. The Sales Homie partner who fits is someone who:
- Has 10+ years in sales, with meaningful time in a sales leadership role (VP Sales, Head of Sales, CRO, Sales Director, or equivalent)
- Has led or managed B2B sales teams, ideally in SMB or mid-market environments
- Is energized by a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Owns their pipeline, brings a network, a reputation, and the drive to build
- Thrives without a rigid structure but wants real infrastructure and real support behind them
- Is passionate about leadership, business growth, and building something
- (Bonus) Has prior fractional experience, but it’s not required. The right operator can build this with us.
Current engagement focus: Greater Minneapolis / St. Paul. Expansion across the Midwest is actively underway. Advisors outside the Twin Cities are encouraged to apply.
