Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in full cycle recruiting to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent across various industries and roles. Your energetic approach and strategic mindset will drive our recruitment efforts, ensuring we meet our organizational goals while providing an exceptional candidate experience. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with a focus on high-volume and technical recruiting projects, making a tangible impact on our company’s growth and success.
Duties
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), talent management software, ATS (Applicant Tracking System), and HR systems like Paychex, Kronos, UltiPro, Taleo, and Kenexa BrassRing.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates through effective communication skills, relationship management, and HR legal compliance.
- Conduct candidate sourcing through diverse channels such as job boards, social media platforms, campus recruitment events, and cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified applicants.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns efficiently while maintaining quality standards in candidate evaluation and employee relations.
- Collaborate with internal teams on employee orientation, employee evaluation, training & development initiatives to support seamless onboarding and ongoing talent development.
- Stay updated on employment law in talent management to ensure all recruiting activities adhere to legal standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role with a focus on technical recruiting and high-volume recruitment.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with expertise in HR sourcing, external recruiting, and full cycle recruiting processes.
- Proficiency with talent management software such as ATS platforms (Kenexa BrassRing), HR systems (UltiPro, Taleo), and Paychex is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage candidates via social media marketing (recruitment) and cold calling techniques.
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance requirements across different regions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate sourcing and employee relations.
- Experience with HR systems like Kronos or UltiPro for employee orientation and evaluation processes is a plus.
