Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will leverage your extensive recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and engage top-tier candidates across various industries. Duties
- Lead full cycle recruiting efforts across multiple roles, from entry-level to executive positions, utilizing advanced talent sourcing techniques and HR systems such as Workday, iCIMS, and Lever.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and talent management software to generate high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate fit, and manage the candidate experience to ensure alignment with company culture and employment law in talent management.
- Negotiate employment contracts, salary packages, and benefits while maintaining HR legal compliance and employment & labor law standards.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external recruiting partners through relationship management skills to facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Taleo, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn for efficient candidate tracking and reporting.
- Support campus recruitment initiatives and lead generation activities to attract emerging talent for high volume recruitment projects.
- Ensure onboarding processes include employee orientation, contracts signing, employee evaluation setup, and training & development planning.
Experience
- Proven experience as a senior recruiter or in a similar HR sourcing or external recruiting role with a focus on high volume recruitment and technical recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in using talent management software such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors (PeopleSoft), UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, or Kronos for HRIS functions.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication skills to engage candidates effectively across social media management platforms like LinkedIn or Twitter.
- Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and contracts negotiation within diverse industries.
- Experience conducting campus recruitment campaigns and managing full cycle recruiting processes from candidate sourcing to employee relations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Kenexa BrassRing; proficiency in leveraging HR systems like Paychex or Taleo is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments by managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong research skills combined with cold calling expertise to generate leads and build talent pools efficiently.
