Company Overview:
Trinity Commercial Cleaning is seeking a reliable and experienced Fractional Bookkeeper to support our growing team. This role is a top priority for our organization, offering the opportunity to blend bookkeeping, HR support, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and familiar with the cleaning or service industry.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a part-time, 10–20 hours per week Fractional Bookkeeper who can manage day-to-day financial tasks, run payroll, and support administrative and HR-related functions. This role has the potential to grow as the company continues to expand. The ideal candidate will serve as a hybrid of a bookkeeper, HR representative, and fractional CFO-level support. Must be proficient in Quickbooks and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Manage payroll processing
• Perform accurate bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
• Assist with HR responsibilities as needed
• Manage employee cleaning schedules
• Provide administrative support to leadership
• Assist with financial planning tasks in partnership with leadership (fractional CFO-type duties)
• Support operational growth as the company evolves

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper (required)
• Experience in the cleaning, service, or similar industry preferred
• Strong understanding of AR/AP, payroll, and basic financial statements
• Comfortable with HR-related tasks and employee support
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Reliable, consistent, and able to work independently
• Must be local and available for in-person coordination as needed

Hours:
10–20 hours per week, with potential to grow over time.
