Senior Systems Project Manager (SaaS + Real Estate + Construction) Contract Part Time

Company Overview
We are developing a multi-company operational ecosystem that integrates:

• A new SaaS platform (The Industry HUB)
• Real estate brokerage operations (IL & GA)
• Construction and maintenance workflows
• Workforce development and contractor credentialing programs
• LMS training systems, directories, and subscription pathways

We are looking for a senior, systems-focused Project Manager to lead the planning and documentation for our early build phases and support a planned March 2026 POC launch.

This role is fractional, remote, and milestone-based.
Perfect for senior PMs who excel in systems architecture, workflows, documentation, and startup execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesPhase 1: Blueprinting

• Map all business units and platform modules
• Build user journeys and process flows
• Define the ecosystem structure across SaaS, real estate, construction, and credentialing
• Create high-level project roadmap and deliverable timelines

Phase 2: System Documentation

• Develop SOPs for:
• Credentialing workflows
• Workforce development/TPP
• QC/QCR
• Real estate + construction workflows
• Intake → scheduling → dispatch → completion → QA
• Create templates and documentation for training, operations, and onboarding
• Outline LMS structure and subscription pathways

Phase 3: SaaS Architecture Support

• Translate real-world workflows into platform requirements
• Write user stories and feature logic
• Define role-based access levels
• Document POC scope and integration needs
• Assist with UX mapping (Miro/Figma)

Project Leadership

• Maintain and update the project timeline
• Coordinate with developers, designers, and internal stakeholders
• Provide weekly progress updates
• Identify risks and propose solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years project management in SaaS, software, systems design, or operations
• Experience creating workflows, SOPs, or system documentation
• Strong knowledge of user journeys, feature mapping, and requirements writing
• Familiarity with construction, real estate, or credentialing workflows (preferred, not required)
• Experience with:
• Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp
• Google Drive
• Miro or Figma
• LMS platforms (Thinkific, Kajabi, LearnDash, etc.)

Compensation & Structure

This is a fractional remote role with a monthly retainer + milestone-based payments.

• Monthly retainer: $1,500–$2,000 USD (15–25 hrs/week)
• Initial engagement: 3–4 months (Phases 1–3)
• Estimated spend for initial phases: $5,000–$8,000 USD
• Upper ceiling for senior candidates: Up to $12,000+ total
• After Phase 3:
• Reduced retainer ($500–$1,000/month), or
• Expanded engagement toward POC launch
