Here’s what you’ll take on: Campaign Strategy & Planning : Develop and own paid media strategies within Google Ads, aligning campaign structure, targeting, and budgets with client goals and agency objectives. Account Management & Optimization : Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns through keyword research, bid management, ad copy testing, audience refinement, and landing page alignment to maximize ROI and performance. Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze performance data to extract insights, track KPIs, and prepare clear, actionable reports that communicate results, trends, and next steps to clients and internal teams. Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the primary paid media expert for clients, presenting strategies and results, while collaborating with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts. — Your Professional Experience: 10+ years of hands-on PPC experience, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proven expertise in Google Search Ads; Display and Shopping Ads are a bonus. Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns toward performance goals, including lead generation, eCommerce revenue, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate improvements. Strong analytical and reporting experience, with the ability to interpret data, use analytics tools, and translate insights into strategic recommendations for clients. Experience leading and participating in client meetings, confidently presenting performance data, explaining insights, and making strategic recommendations in a clear, professional, and client-friendly manner. HubSpot experience is a bonus, particularly familiarity with Marketing Hub or content tools. — What You’re Obsessed With: Turning data into clear insights. You work closely with a PPC Specialist who handles day-to-day implementation, like setting up campaigns, testing ads, and managing bids, while you guide them to ensure everything aligns with client goals. You also collaborate with the Marketing Strategist who owns the full account, providing PPC expertise and insights to shape overall strategy. You lead client meetings to present data, explain performance trends, and make recommendations. Team chats keep you connected to our overall team, and once a week you join our happy hour to celebrate wins, play games, and bond with colleagues. Between meetings and analysis, you run reports, extract insights, and translate data into clear, actionable steps. Your role is all about strategic thinking, collaboration, and driving measurable results in a fun, supportive culture. — Interview Process 1.
