Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will lead high-volume talent acquisition initiatives across various industries, leveraging your expertise in full cycle recruiting and talent management to connect exceptional candidates with exciting opportunities. Your energetic approach to sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management will drive our mission to build diverse and talented teams. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, including technical, executive, campus, and high-volume positions
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), HR sourcing tools, and talent acquisition software such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday or Taleo
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment to ensure alignment with client needs and employment law compliance
- Negotiate offers and employment terms with candidates while maintaining positive candidate experience and relationship management
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans
- Maintain accurate records of candidate activity within HR systems and ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media outreach and internal recruiting efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse industries with a focus on high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Expertise in talent management software such as Workday, UltiPro, or Taleo; familiarity with ATS platforms is essential
- Knowledge of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and HR systems to ensure lawful recruiting practices
- Ability to source candidates through multiple channels including cold calling, social media marketing (recruitment), and external recruiting networks
- Experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, and employee relations is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while handling multiple priorities efficiently
