About CareBridge
CareBridge Technologies has developed a participant-engagement platform for complex healthcare and government-service journeys.
Healthcare organizations may have sophisticated EHRs, CRMs, referral platforms and case-management systems, while the participant or family is still left navigating phone calls, documents, screenings, assessments, appointments and next steps across multiple organizations.
CareBridge is designed to extend the enterprise workflow into the participant’s hands.
Through a connected mobile experience, participants and families can receive status updates, education, reminders, required actions and communication throughout their journey.
We are preparing for national enterprise expansion and are seeking a senior fractional executive to help lead our enterprise positioning, marketing strategy, strategic partnerships and market development.
This Is Not a Traditional Fractional CMO Position
We are not primarily looking for someone to manage SEO, paid advertising, social media or consumer lead generation.
We need a healthcare executive who understands complex healthcare workflows and can translate that understanding into enterprise opportunities and strategic partnerships.
The right person should be equally comfortable discussing CareBridge with a Medicaid consultant, MCO executive, health-system leader, national home-care organization or healthcare technology company.
Our National Target Markets
- Medicaid / HCBS / LTSS: Medicaid organizations, MCOs, AAAs/ADRCs, waiver administrators, case-management organizations and related entities.
- Hospitals / Care Transitions: Hospitals, health systems, discharge/case-management departments and care-transition ecosystems.
- Large Home-Based Care & Post-Acute Providers: Home care, home health, hospice, palliative care, PACE and large HCBS organizations seeking better client acquisition, conversion and continued participant/family engagement.
- Medicare / Value-Based / Complex Care: Medicare Advantage, ACOs, population-health organizations, risk-bearing provider groups and complex-care programs.
- Community & Social-Service Navigation: Organizations coordinating community healthcare, disability, senior, transportation, nutrition and other support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine CareBridge’s national enterprise go-to-market strategy.
- Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for each target vertical.
- Build relationships with senior healthcare decision-makers.
- Build and activate a national network of healthcare consulting firms that can introduce or incorporate CareBridge into existing client engagements.
- Identify strategic integration and distribution relationships within the healthcare technology ecosystem.
- Personally participate in executive outreach, discovery meetings and partnership development.
- Identify workflow problems where participant engagement breaks down and translate them into CareBridge use cases.
- Develop pilot opportunities with measurable objectives.
- Help structure enterprise pricing and partnership strategies with CareBridge leadership.
- Direct the development of enterprise presentations, case studies, LinkedIn thought leadership and executive outreach.
- Coordinate internal and contracted marketing resources supporting enterprise growth.
- Develop a measurable enterprise pipeline and repeatable national go-to-market model.
Ideal Background
We are looking for approximately 7+ years of relevant healthcare experience, preferably including senior responsibility for enterprise growth, strategy, partnerships, product marketing, business development or market development.
Highly relevant experience includes:
- Medicaid / HCBS / LTSS
- Medicaid managed care / MCOs
- Healthcare enterprise technology
- EVV or home-care technology
- Hospitals and care transitions
- Home health, home care, hospice or post-acute care
- Medicare Advantage
- Value-based care / ACOs
- Population health
- Healthcare consulting
- Healthcare strategic partnerships
Experience working at or with Medicaid health plans, state programs, HCBS technology companies, health systems, healthcare consulting firms, national home-based-care organizations or enterprise healthcare technology companies is particularly valuable.
Existing relationships in these markets are a significant advantage.
This is a hands-on fractional executive position. The successful candidate will personally help originate relationships, participate in discovery conversations and advance enterprise opportunities.
Compensation
Fractional Retainer: $4,000–$7,500 per month
Expected initial commitment is approximately 10–15 hours per week.
Final compensation will depend on relevant healthcare experience, existing enterprise relationships, expected commitment and demonstrated ability to develop strategic healthcare opportunities.
A separately structured performance component may also be considered for defined enterprise business-development outcomes.
