$80 – $100 per hour
Role Purpose-
This role is responsible for translating the needs of the US market into brilliant marketing execution. Working closely with Commercial, Global Brand and Creative, this person will own the US marketing calendar, develop clear briefs, coordinate agencies and ensure campaigns are delivered consistently and effectively across every customer touchpoint.
Rather than creating campaigns, this role is responsible for ensuring the right work gets created, by the right partners, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities-
US Marketing Planning
- Own the integrated US marketing calendar across retail, DTC, Amazon, PR, influencers and partnerships
- Prioritize marketing activity based on commercial opportunities
- Turn business priorities into clear, actionable marketing plans
- Ensure launch plans are aligned across Sales, Ecommerce and Operations
Agency Leadership
You’ll be the day‑to‑day lead for all US agencies, including PR, Influencer, Paid Media, CRM, Retail Marketing and Experiential/Event partners.
- Responsibilities include:
- Writing clear briefs
- Setting KPIs
- Reviewing creative and giving structured feedback
- Managing timelines
- Holding agencies accountable for delivery
- Keeping activity on budget
Global Brand and Creative Collaboration
You’ll be the main link between the US business and the Global Brand team.
- Responsibilities include:
- Writing high-quality creative briefs
- Translate US commercial opportunities into campaign requests
- Sharing local market insight to shape global planning
- Reviewing creative concepts with US stakeholders
- Making sure assets meet retailer and channel requirements
- Coordinating localization when needed
Campaign Execution
You will coordinate execution across Retail, Ecommerce, Amazon, DTC, PR, Influencer, Events and Education to make sure launches are on time, on budget and consistent across every touchpoint.
Commercial Partnership
Work closely with the US GM, Sales, Ecommerce and Operations to spot commercial opportunities and turn them into effective marketing activity.

Ideal Experience-
- 7+ years in beauty, wellness or premium consumer brands
- Experience managing multiple external agencies
- Strong campaign planning and project management skills
- Excellent briefing and communication skills
- Experience working within a global brand structure
- Commercial understanding of retail, DTC and Amazon
- Highly organized with strong stakeholder management
- Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
Compensation
$ 80 – $ 100 per hour
