- Manage operational budgets, including forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and cost control.
- Supervise senior leadership teams across various departments, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights for operational analysis, profit and loss analysis, and strategic decision making to support sustainable growth.
- Coordinate project management efforts for large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in operational management roles with a focus on large-scale organizational change management and process improvement.
- Strong background in business development management, strategic planning, and executive leadership.
- Extensive financial management experience including budget management, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, and operational budgeting.
- Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams at the executive level with supervising experience preferred.
- Expertise in project management methodologies with a focus on program management and operational analysis.
- Excellent verbal communication skills tailored for engaging with C-suite executives and senior leadership teams.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence initiatives, change management strategies, and data-driven decision making processes.
