We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to serve as a strategic advisor to our leadership team. This is a part-time advisory role focused on financial oversight, tax planning, and risk management rather than day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on financial strategy and planning
- Review accounting and financial reporting processes
- Provide guidance on U.S. tax planning and tax exposure
- Identify financial and compliance risks
- Support M&A, corporate structuring, and due diligence activities as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on finance-related matters
Qualifications
- CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong background in accounting, finance, and taxation
- US Edtech experience mandatory
- Experience working with growth-stage businesses, private equity-backed companies, or acquisitions preferred
- CPA preferred
- Strong understanding of U.S. tax and financial compliance requirements
