Overview
We are selectively adding a small group of Strategic Partners to extend a proven leadership development system into organizations seeking stronger communication, trust, and team cohesion.
This role is designed for senior learning and development decision-makers who already operate at the intersection of leadership strategy, culture, and behavioral change, and who want to expand their professional impact beyond traditional program design.
This is not a sales role and not a direct-hire position.
It is a credibility-based partnership for experienced professionals who want to represent and deliver a practical leadership training system in alignment with their expertise and professional standards.
Ideal Background
This opportunity is intentionally limited to professionals currently or previously serving in one or more of the following roles:
- Chief Learning Officer (CLO)
- VP or Director of Talent Development
- Director of Learning & Development (L&D)
- HR Business Partner with leadership training authority
- Organizational Development (OD) Manager
- Training & Development Manager
- Head of People Development
- Learning Experience Designer (senior-level)
Applicants outside these functions will not be considered.
The Partnership
Strategic Partners are certified to deliver a turnkey leadership development system focused on closing relationship gaps that undermine performance, engagement, and retention.
Partners may choose how and where this work shows up, such as:
- Supporting organizations within their professional network
- Extending leadership development offerings as part of broader initiatives
- Delivering training independently using a proven, structured system
Responsibilities
- Represent and deliver a structured leadership development system with professionalism and fidelity
- Facilitate leadership training sessions using provided frameworks and materials
- Operate independently while maintaining alignment with program standards
- Engage organizations in meaningful leadership transformation focused on behavioral clarity and relational effectiveness
