Job Title: Fractional HCBS Consultant & Launch Partner (Iowa Medicaid)

Location: Hybrid (Remote + Flexible In-Person Strategy Sessions in Fort Madison)
The Opportunity:
Bryant Agency LLC is an independent, third-party QA consultancy that protects Iowa Medicaid HCBS providers from CareStar citations and clawbacks. We utilize a proprietary, high-speed data processing engine to execute flawless caregiver shift log audits (SCL, Host Home, Respite).
We have the capital, the technology, and the 20-year industry expertise. We are currently seeking a highly connected HCBS Industry Insider (Former Director, QIDP, or Senior Coordinator) for a high-paying, short-term contract to execute our initial market launch.
(Note: This is a highly flexible, fractional 1099 role designed to be executed outside of standard business hours. It will not interfere with your current full-time employment).
Phase 1: The Pre-Launch Audit ($500 Flat Retainer)
- Conduct a rigorous review of our finalized internal QA checklists and operational escalation protocols.
- Provide expert feedback to ensure our auditing terminology is 100% aligned with current CareStar and Iowa Medicaid standards prior to our official kickoff.
- (This phase requires 1 to 2 in-person sessions at the Fort Madison library, scheduled around your availability).
Phase 2: The Launch Network ($1,500 Cash Bounty per Client)
- You will leverage your existing Rolodex of Southeast Iowa HCBS Provider Agency Owners and Executive Directors.
- What you are NOT doing: You are not cold-calling strangers, and you are not “hard-selling” software.
- What you ARE doing: You are simply brokering warm email or text introductions to Directors you already know. Our CEO handles the pitch, the free trial audit, and closing the deal.
- For every Agency that signs a minimum 3-month QA contract with Bryant Agency during your engagement, you will be paid a massive, one-time cash bounty of $1,500.00.
- (No caps on bounties during this launch phase. Bring us 3 agencies, walk away with $4,500 + your retainer just for making introductions).
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of senior leadership or operational experience within the Iowa HCBS waiver system.
- You know the exact financial pain points agency owners are facing regarding CareStar.
- You possess a powerful local network. You have the direct cell phone numbers of Agency Directors in Southeast Iowa.
Selected candidate must execute a strict NDA and Non-Compete to protect proprietary auditing workflows prior to viewing our systems.
