Delight Labs is a boutique PR firm helping space and frontier-tech companies earn coverage that strengthens their brand, drives revenue, and improves visibility in organic and AI search. We’re adding a senior account lead to run day-to-day client coordination alongside our founder. You’ll own client cadence, timelines, and reporting. You’ll build media plans and lead the specialists assigned to each account. You have 8+ years in agency or in-house PR, have led accounts at the Account Director level or above, and have run multiple PR campaigns end to end. Space, aerospace, defense, or deep-tech experience is a strong plus. Remote, US-based. Start date is tied to client onboarding, targeting Q1 2027.
What We’re Looking For Account leadership: 8+ years in agency or in-house PR, including leading accounts at the Account Director level or above. Launch experience: You’ve run funding announcements and major milestone campaigns end to end. Industry access: Space, aerospace, defense, or deep-tech experience is a strong plus, especially placements in SpaceNews, Payload, Ars Technica, Breaking Defense, or Aviation Week. Media network: Relationships with tier-one business and tech journalists (WSJ, CNBC, Bloomberg, and similar). Collaborative mindset: We work side by side, not in silos. No fluff: Transparent communication with clients and with us.
Work Details:
- Location: Fully remote (any time zone welcome).
- Structure: Project-based, retainer, or hourly. We’ll discuss and find the best way to partner for success.
- Team: Direct collaboration with our internal PR team and client teams.
- Tech: We’ll provision you an email and need you to conduct outreach via our email + CRM so that everything is tracked for the client.

Compensation
$30 – $100 per hour
