What You Will Be Doing

• Build & Lead Your Sales Pod: Screen, recruit, and onboard high-performing independent setters and closers.
• Execute Tailored Team Training: Develop customized learning paths and ongoing training schedules for each rep on your team.
• Maintain Personal Skill Sharpness: Engage in ongoing self-education and professional development.
• Drive Pipeline & Close Deals: Lead daily huddles, conduct call audits, continuously refine sales scripts, and jump on closing calls when needed.
• Enforce Pipeline Hygiene: Monitor CRM workflows, show rates, conversion metrics, and daily outbound activity.
• Drive Outbound Activity: Proactively develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies.

The Compensation (Self-Liquidating & Uncapped)

We offer one of the most aggressive, top-of-market compensation frameworks in the B2B space. Because our client onboarding structure is built to pay top talent immediately.

• Good Package: $1,374.00 flat payout per closed deal
• Better Package: $1,962.00 flat payout per closed deal
• Best Package: $2,254.00 flat payout per closed deal
• Quarterly Profit Share: 1% Quarterly Net Profit Share on all active, in-good-standing client accounts generated by your pod.

Future Role & Long-Term Growth (The Win-Win)

As you scale your pod, build pipeline velocity, and establish strong rep retention, we are actively structuring this path to evolve into a permanent VP / Head of Sales role.
