The Role
We’re looking for a Fractional Brand Strategist who wants to truly own their role.
This position will initially focus on Social Haus Media itself. You’ll work closely with the founder to evaluate where the brand is today, identify where it needs to go, and build the strategy to get it there.
You’ll have a meaningful voice in how Social Haus positions itself, communicates with its audience, develops content, and shows up in the market.
As we continue onboarding new clients, this role will eventually expand to provide brand strategy and strategic direction across all client accounts.
This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t simply want to execute someone else’s strategy. We want someone who can help create it.
Duties
- Own and evolve the overall Social Haus brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and voice.
- Develop strategic direction for our content and marketing efforts, ensuring everything connects back to larger business objectives.
- Evaluate our current brand and identify opportunities to strengthen our messaging, positioning, customer journey, and market presence.
- Develop and refine brand strategy frameworks, processes, SOPs, and workflows that can eventually be used across new client accounts.
- Partner closely with our creative team to turn strategy into compelling, conversion-focused marketing content.
- Bring fresh ideas, trends, insights, and strategic perspectives to the table.
- Help establish the strategic foundation for how Social Haus approaches new client brands as we grow.
- Eventually lead brand discovery, positioning, messaging, content strategy, and strategic recommendations for select new accounts.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of professional experience in marketing, brand strategy, creative strategy, content strategy, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing or executing brand and marketing strategy.
- Strong understanding of positioning, messaging, audience development, and content strategy.
- Experience independently managing strategic projects from concept through execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects and outcomes.

As Social Haus grows, so can this role. Our long-term vision is to have a strategic leader who sits between the client, the brand, and our execution team, ensuring that every new account has a thoughtful strategy behind the marketing we create.
We’re not looking for someone to simply fill a seat. We’re looking for someone who wants to make this role their own.
Compensation & Hours
$25–$28/hour, depending on experience
Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility based on current projects and business needs.
This is a fractional position with room for increased responsibility and hours as the agency and client base grow.
