Fractional Partner Manager Contract Part Time

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Fractional Partner Manager to join our growing team on a part-time, retainer basis. This is the perfect role for someone who wants high-impact work with the flexibility to design their own schedule.

Compensation: $2,500 – $6,000+/month (retainer-based, depending on scope & experience)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to attract, onboard, and retain high-value partners, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Manage the full lifecycle of partner relationships, from prospecting and onboarding to ongoing relationship management and renewal negotiations.
• Lead business development initiatives by identifying new partnership opportunities and expanding existing client bases through targeted outreach and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align partnership strategies with company goals.
• Utilize CRM systems such as Salesforce to track partner activity, sales pipelines, deal progress, and performance metrics.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contract renewals to maximize mutual value for both the company and partners.
• Provide regular reporting on partnership performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development management with a focus on partnership or enterprise sales roles.
• Strong proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms; familiarity with Salesforce Cloud is a plus.
• Excellent skills in sales negotiation, deal closing, and relationship management across diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans for client base expansion and new market penetration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, presentations, and communication purposes.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product development, and project management teams.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on client engagement and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to lead projects independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
